People Making Things Happen

People Making Things Happen

This project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and led by Lucy Harrison, marked the 10th anniversary of The Mill by recording its history so far and the stories of people who have been involved in that time. A group of local volunteers worked during 2021 to record oral history interviews with nearly 40 people. This online exhibition includes extracts of interviews that tell the story in people’s own words. A limited edition book has also been published and is available from The Mill reception desk.
